Dr, Tomasulo is the Academic Director and core faculty member at the Spirituality Mind Body Institute (SMBI), Teachers College, Columbia University. He holds a Ph.D. in psychology, MFA in writing, and a Master of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. Sharecare honors Dr. Tomasulo as one of the top ten online influencers on the issue of depression. Distinguished Visiting Professor Humanities and Social Sciences IIT KGP Professor Manas Kumar Mandal

Dr. Mandal’s research contribution to the field of psychological science spanned over 35 years with primary focus on affect processing in the brain, in general, and in schizophrenia, in particular. His doctoral work on affect (emotion) processing in schizophrenia has been an original work that paved the way for the formulation many research hypotheses later. Dr. Mandal continued his endeavor in later part of his research in uncovering the role of cerebral hemispheres in emotion processing.

She works for a broad spectrum of industries including Bank, Healthcare, High-end fashion and Luxury brands, Cosmetics, Agribusiness, Media, Hospitality, Higher Education, and Professionals/Individuals in career and life transition. Since the inception of the World happiness Fest and World happiness Foundation, she is leading initiatives to fulfill the organization’s mission and is a member of the Board of Advisors. She holds leadership positions and manages teams throughout her professional experience. Valerie is an iPEC Certified Professional Coach, an international leader in Coaching Education. After graduating from I.S.T.E.C Business School in Paris, she received her specialized Master‘s degree in “Strategies and Organizational Expertise” at the C.N.A.M in Paris, France. Valerie is certified in Transformational Presence Leadership and Coaching approach (TPLC), she is a Certified Happiness Practitioner and is qualified to use diverse assessments as Hogan assessments and Energy Leadership Index. She is an Ashridge coach from Ashridge Hult Executive Education (UK).

Senior Director, Guides Community. Dr. David Hester

David holds a Ph.D. in Transpersonal Psychology, with a focus in Cognitive Neuropsychology, from Sofia University (Palo Alto, CA), a Master of Science, Counseling Psychology Sofia University), and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Fayetteville State University. Most recently, he was COO at Good Intentions Counseling Services of Seattle, a community counseling service going beyond therapy to help elevate a person’s whole life. As COO, he had bottom-line responsibility for leading and managing all operational and administrative aspects of the organization, plus all clinical operations. The Good Intentions team of just over 25 support thousands of families. For the last six years, Dr. Dave has also been a Fellow in the Transformative Technology Lab, where he does qualitative and quantitative research for the academic, corporate and public sectors to validate technologies supporting mental health, emotional wellbeing, and human thriving. He is expert at the use of harnessing both science and behavioral economics to drive positive change. Earlier in his career, he served as a clinical team leader for Beacon Health (an EAP), where he focused on the urgent needs of 40,000 military families.

Vibha is an international Facilitator for Organization Health and Harmony, Whole Systems Approach Specialist and Flow of Life Guide. She has worked in social development sector for more than 15 years in the areas of public health communication and life skills education, for capability building and program leadership, with Johns Hopkins University-CCP, UNFPA, PSI and other international organizations. In her role as a Facilitator, in last ten years, she has led more than 400 workshops in India, USA, Russia, Netherlands, Thailand, Myanmar, Afghanistan and Sri Lanka.

Founder and Executive Director of the ACL Global Project Mavis Tsai

Mavis is the Founder and Executive Director of the ACL Global Project. She is the co-creator of Functional Analytic Psychotherapy (FAP), is a clinical psychologist in independent practice, and a research scientist at the Center for Science of Social Connection at the University of Washington. She is a Fellow of the Association for Contextual Behavioral Science, and received the Washington State Distinguished Psychologist Award in recognition of significant contributions to the field of Psychology. She is proud to be named by New Harbinger Publications as one of “13 Badass Psychologists… Who Happen to be Women”, has co-authored five kick-ass books on FAP and over 65 articles, and literally kicks ass as an advanced practitioner of the martial art of Kajukenbo.
